PRODUCT INFO
Barking Irons t-shirts are fitted and modeled as a “Brando Fit,” which means that they are custom tailored to accent the body instead of a standard “boxy fit.” Sizing may vary from season to season so please be sure to check the size specifications before purchasing.

All Barking Irons tees are pre-washed for superior softness and should not experience any more than 2% shrinkage provided that care instructions are followed.

Please allow 1-2 days processing time for orders. All orders are subject to availability, if items in your order are not available you will be contacted by Barking Irons.

Barking Irons Shines (jewelry) are produced on a made-to-order basis to ensure quality and custom size specs. Please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery. ALL JEWELRY SALES ARE FINAL

RETURN POLICY

Barking Irons will accept items for return or exchange provided they are UNWASHED, UNWORN, UNALTERED, with ALL tags attached, and in perfect condition*

*Perfect condition is ultimately at the discretion of Barking Irons staff. Upon receipt of returned merchandise, Barking Irons reserves the right to deny credit if the merchandise does not meet our return policy requirements. If merchandise returned is deemed unacceptable for return, it will be shipped back to at the customer’s expense.

- Items will only be eligible for refund if they are returned within 14 days of the delivery date indicated by UPS.
- Items will only be eligible for exchange if returned within 30 days of the delivery date indicated by UPS.
- Barking Irons will not refund shipping & handling charges or pay for return shipping costs (except in the case of packing errors and/or defective merchandise).

- All exchanges are subject to availability.
- There are no returns or exchanges on Barking Irons shines or International Orders
(All jewelry sales and international orders are FINAL).

REFUNDS
Refunds will be honored within 14 days of delivery. See Return Procedure.

Pending approval of the returned item(s), refunds will be processed within 48-72 hours of receiving the item(s). The customer will be credited with the merchandise total and any taxes charged. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable. A confirmation will be sent to the customers email address once the refund has been processed.

Please Note: It may take additional time for your banking institution to process and post this transaction.

EXCHANGES
Exchanges will be honored within 30 days of delivery. See Return Procedure.

If you wish to exchange an item(s) for any reason please send an email to chris@barkingirons.com indicating the item you wish to exchange for so that we can check the availability before your return the item(s).

Please allow 1-2 days processing before your exchange item can be shipped.

RETURN PROCEDURE

Refunds will only be granted for item(s) returned with 14 days of delivery.
Exchanges will only be granted for item(s) returned within 30 days of delivery.

To initiate a return please send a brief email to chris@barkingirons.com explaining the reason for return. If you plan to exchange the item we strongly advise that check availabilities for the desired item(s) at this time.

When returning an item to Barking Irons please follow the steps below to ensure speedy, accurate, and straightforward processing of your merchandise:

1) Please write us a note briefly indicating:
- Your name (the name of the person who placed the order, if different)
- Contact info (phone and email)
- Reason for return, indicate refund or exchange. If exchanging, tell us which item or size you would like to exchange for.
- Approx. date of purchase
- Return address

2) Pack & seal merchandise in the original or equivalent packaging with the note contained inside.

3) Send the package pre-paid to:

Barking Irons is not responsible for packages we do not ship. For this reason, we highly recommend you insure your package. Insuring your package will provide you with recourse in the event that it is lost in transit. Always obtain a tracking number.

Barking Irons does not accept any packages COD (cash/ check on delivery).

FAQ

What happens if the item(s) I order are out-of-stock?
You will first receive an email from Barking Irons telling you that the item you ordered is not available. In this email you will be given the option to choose another item(s) of equal price, or obtain a full refund.

Will you be getting more in?
All Barking Irons items are produced on a limited basis so when an item is sold out we rarely ever replenish it. New designs /products are released several times a year. If and when we do re-release a design we will send out a notification to our mailing list. Sign up for the mailing list here.

How do I find super cool, rare or out-of-print Barking Irons tees?
Many Barking Irons limited-edition tees have become collectors items. You can always write in to mail@barkingirons.com to inquire about a specific shirt. If we have it in-house we can sell it to you, otherwise we suggest you try eBay.

I made a mistake in my order! How do I change or cancel it?
There is 1-2 day processing time on all orders. If you need to make a change email mail@barkingirons.com (referencing your order info) or call Barking Irons. If we receive your request before your item has shipped we will do our best to help you.

It has been over a week and I have not received my order, what should I do?
First, look for an email from UPS Quantum View which provides the tracking number for your Barking Irons order. Copy & paste the tracking number into the appropriate field on UPS.com – check to see if you package is being held or if there was some error or delay.

If you cannot locate or did not receive a tracking number, contact chris@barkingirons.com and provide your order confirmation #.

I had to pay additional customs charges to receive my order! What gives?!
Unfortunately, international orders are subject to custom and duties charges. Please don’t blame us, blame your local government. And no, we cannot ship your order as a gift.

How do I know my ring size for purchasing jewelry?
If you do know your ring size off hand, we strongly suggest that you consult a ring sizer or jeweler to get an accurate measurement. Barking Irons jewelry is made to order so there are no refunds on custom sizes. PLEASE BE CERTAIN OF YOUR RING SIZE BEFORE PURCHASING.

Do you have a retail store? Can I come in?
Barking Irons headquarters on the Bowery in New York City is available by appointment for shopping, sizing, try-ons, etc. Since we operate an full office/studio we need to know when you’re coming so we can avoid any conflicts.
